Thuong stated that the traditional friendship, special solidarity andcomprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, as well as betweenHo Chi Minh City and Vientiane, are developing in a sustainable,extensive and intensive manner.

He suggested the two cities strengthen connections in economics, science-technology, health and education.

Sihoun Sitthileuxay expressed his impression on Ho Chi Minh City’sdynamic development, saying that his delegation’s visit aims to boostthe two sides’ cooperation, particularly in science and technology.-VNA
