Jakarta (VNA) – Indonesian National Police's Densus 88 counterterrorismsquad have arrested a 16-year-old boy terrorist suspect in Merapi Subur housingcomplex in Batam, Riau Islands.
Head of the police unit in charge of the housing complex, AdipKurniawan, said the suspect is the eldest of two siblings and the family hadjust rented the house in March.
Meanwhile, Riau Islands Police chief inspector General ArisBudiman confirmed the arrest during his inspection of Idul Fitri holidaysecurity.
