HCM City (VNA) - The Quang Trung Software Park in Ho Chi Minh Cityhas inaugurated a museum displaying and introducing IT products and solutionscreated in the park over the past two decades.
Covering 220 square metres and built at a cost of 5 billion VND (217,000 USD),the museum features photos and other objects related to the 20-year developmentof the software park.
It will also be a place to introduce and demonstrate new technologicalsolutions developed by firms based in the software park.
Those on display include a monitoring and operation system of the park,solutions for digital transformation and solutions and applications ineducation, healthcare and life, among others.
The museum also has a special section for visitors to experience newtechnologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmentedreality, robotics, 3D printing and big data./.
With its neighbouring provinces offering competitive land rentals and other incentives at industrial parks to attract investors, Ho Chi Minh City needs to step up its game too.
Enterprises in export processing zones (EPZs) and industrial parks (IPs) should use high technologies to better manage manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
As Vietnam’s digital transformation accelerates, both the frequency and severity of cyberattacks are growing. The National Cybersecurity Association (NCA) reported that in 2024 alone, there were some 659,000 separate cybersecurity incidents, impacting around 46.15% of government agencies and businesses.
