The draftordinance, proposed by the NA Committee for National Defence andSecurity, stipulates that the environment police are responsible forpreventing and combating any environmental violations.
The lawmakers also approved the 2015 programme on internationalcooperation and external affairs of the National Assembly offices andagencies.
The two-day sitting reviewed the outcomesof the eighth session of the 13 th legislature and gathered opinions onthe working agenda for the next meeting.
Participants discussed the draft revised Law on State Audit, Law on Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Civil Code.
