Long An (VNA) – The southernprovince of Long An has shared its experience and exercise in prosecution withLaos when director of the People’s Procuracy of Region 3 of Vientiane province BounkheumSaengdala was visiting the province.
Bounkheum Saengdala, who led adelegation of officials and procurators from the Supreme People’s Procuracy ofLaos, on October 25 had a working session with representatives from theprovince’s People’s Procuracy where they exchanged prosecution practices andjudicial control and discussed provisions of Vietnamese law on ensuring theperformance of the procuracy.
They also chalked out measures toenhance the procuracy’s works in crime prevention, detention, rehabilitation, andsettlement of civil matters.-VNA
