Accordingly, proposed areas of cooperation in tourism include organising conferences to connect tourism businesses between localities and government agencies. They have also agreed to develop specific tourism products based on unique strengths to connect the tourism product chain between Hanoi and the Mekong Delta provinces. Localities will call for, support, and facilitate efforts by capable investors and businesses from Hanoi to invest in constructing tourist areas, entertainment, and resorts in the Mekong Delta provinces and the capital city’s neighboring provinces in the North.
