– The recent state visit to Laos by President To Lam is a success and holds great significance to the special relationship between Vietnam and its Southeast Asian neighbour, a Lao official affirmed on July 15.

- President To Lam on July 15 sent condolences to victims of a recent severe landslide that occured in Ta Mo hamlet, Yen Dinh commune, Bac Me district, the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang, and their families.

– Vietnamese Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra and the Republic of Korea (RoK)'s Minister of the Interior and Safety Lee Sang-min agreed to strengthen cooperation in public administration between the two agencies during their working session in Seoul on July 15.

– The People's Committee of Ha Nam province and the Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation (KIND) on Juky 15 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on establishing a strategic cooperation framework on smart urban area and hi-tech zone projects in the northern province.

– The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will continue supporting Vietnam in implementing green infrastructure projects towards the core goals of sustainability, innovation and connectivity, the bank's President Jin Liqun told Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Nguyen Thi Hong in Hanoi on July 15.
