- National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired the third meeting of the committee for drafting amendments and supplements to certain articles of the 2013 Constitution in Hanoi on June 9.

According to a recent report, more than 280 million opinions from individuals, agencies, and organisations have been collected on the draft resolution on amending specific articles of the 2013 Constitution. - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to the opening of the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice, France on June 9, joining global leaders in a renewed effort to advance Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 14 on the conservation and sustainable use of oceans, seas, and marine resources for sustainable development.

Co-hosted by France and Costa Rica, the conference, running through June 13 under the theme “Accelerating Action and Mobilising All Actors to Conserve and Sustainably Use the Ocean”, has drawn representatives from over 120 countries, including more than 50 heads of state and government, and from international organisations, and about 100,000 attendees at related events. - Vietnam’s garment and textile exports exceeded 17.58 billion USD in the first five months of 2025, up 9% compared to the same period last year.

- A cooperation agreement between Vietnam’s Dong Luc Sports Group and the Lao Football Federation (LFF) was signed in Vientiane on June 9, aiming to provide Jogarbola-branded sportswear for the Lao national football team.
