NA Chairwoman visits Dak Lak provincial Military High Command

Dak Lak (VNA) – National Assembly ChairwomanNguyen Thi Kim Ngan paid a pre-Tet visit to the Military High Command of thecentral Highlands province of Dak Lak on January 15.
She lauded the staff of the command for holding activitiescelebrating the 30th anniversary of the All-People Defence Festival,the 75th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army, as wellas external works with the Cambodian province of Mondulkiri.
In order to fulfill assigned tasks, she asked the provincialMilitary High Command to seriously follow the Party’s resolutions and directives,and work closely with the public security forces, border guards and competentagencies to provide consultations for local authorities about military anddefence work.
It was required to enhance inspection in key areas, ensurepolitical security and social safety and order, and raise public awareness ofthe country’s political and socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the upcomingLunar New Year festival.
In the morning the same day, Ngan visited and extended NewYear wishes to a 93-year-old war veteran in Buon Ma Thuot city.
Later in the morning, she visited and offered incense tolate Party and State leaders in their families./.
As many as 90 outstanding workers from the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak will receive free transport to return home for the upcoming 2020 Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays.
