NA Standing Committee to convene 35th session on July 10

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will convene its 35th session in Hanoi from July 10-12, announced the NA Office.

Hanoi (VNA)♍ – The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will convene its 35th session in Hanoi from July 10-12, announced the NA Office.

At this session, the committee will consider the report on the NA's ombudsman work in May and June, and give opinions on the organisation of the NA forum on supreme supervision activities.
The NA Standing Committee will consider and approve a draft resolution on the dissolution, establishment and merger of some criminal investigation agencies of military zones and regional criminal investigation agencies in the Vietnam People's Army; and a draft resolution on strengthening the organisation and personnel of military procuracy agencies at all levels. The session's agenda also includes adjustments to the medium-term public investment plans funded by the central budget in the 2021 – 2025 period of ministries, central agencies and localities, and some other issues. At this session, the NA Standing Committee will review the outcomes of the 7th session of the 15th NA and discuss preparation for the 8th session./.
