Nearly 4,000 vacancies available at HCM City women’s job fair

Nearly 100 enterprises have registered to join a women’s job fair that kicked off in Le Thi Rieng cultural park in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City on June 8.

HCM City (VNA)𝔉 – Nearly 100 enterprises have registered to join a women’s job fair that kicked off in Le Thi Rieng cultural park in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City on June 8.

Of the firms, 24 directly attended the event, the eight of its kind, and 73 others are recruiting staff through online portals at //vieclamhcm.net and //vlhcm.vieclamvietnam.gov.vn , with a total 3,830 vacancies.
The offered jobs are in various fields, including electronics, IT, insurance, restaurant and hotel services, and textiles.
Many businesses are committed to providing training for new staff, while some others are working with the city’s Women’s Union to offer free vocational training to poor women. During the five-day event, a number of conferences will be held to discuss vocational education and job creation in an open labour market, and the rights and obligations of labourers joining unemployment insurance.-VNA
