Party Central Committee’s draft working regulations discussed

Hanoi (VNA) – Draft working regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee (PCC) and those relating to theimplementation of the Party Charter dominated the third working day of the committee's third plenum on July 7.

In the morningsession, participants discussed the draft working regulations ofthe 13th Party Central Committee and its Politburo, Secretariat and Inspection Commission.

Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member and Chairman of theNational Assembly, on behalf of the Politburo, chaired the discussion.

Later, delegates discussed in groups the draft regulationson the implementation of the Party Charter and rules on the Party's inspection, supervisionand discipline.

In the afternoon, the PCC mulledover the draft regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter and ruleson the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline. The debate waspresided over by Vo Van Thuong, Politburo member and Permanent member of theSecretariat.

Truong Thi Mai, member of the Politburo, Secretaryof the Party Central Committee and head of the Party Central Committee's OrganisationCommission, presented the Politburo'sreport on the State apparatus' organisational structure and a plan on introducing additional personnel to a number of leading positions of Stateagencies during the 15th tenure of the National Assembly (2021-2026 term) and those to be elected as members of the Inspection Commission for the 13th tenure.

Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong chaired the discussion on this issue on behalf of the Politburo.
