Party, procuracy officials of Lang Son, Guangxi share experience

Lang Son (VNA) – Officials from Lang Sonprovincial Party Committee’s board for internal affairs and the political andlegal affairs committee of Chongzuo city, China’s Guangxi Zhuang AutonomousRegion, held talks in the Vietnamese province on May 22.
The two sides shared experience in advisingtheir respective provincial and municipal Party committees on fightingcorruption and settling complaints, as well as in directing agencies likepublic security, border guards and the procuracy, and in security.
Head of Lang Son’s internal affairs board DaoDuc Hoan expressed hope for stronger ties between the two sides, helping tosolidify relations between the two Parties, States and peoples.
Lei Duorong, Secretary of the political andlegal affairs committee under the Chongzuo municipal committee of the CommunistParty of China, thanked the Vietnamese side for their warm welcome and said thetwo countries’ friendship needs to be maintained.
The officials also briefed each other abouttheir respective localities’ situation and introduced the functions of LangSon’s internal affairs board and Chongzuo’s political and legal affairscommittee.
Also on May 22, representatives of the Lang SonPeople’s Procuracy met with a procuracy delegation from the Guangxi ZhuangAutonomous Region.
They discussed the work of each procuracy agencyand bilateral cooperation. They hoped that visits will be increased to shareexperience, thus stepping up collaboration in fighting crimes. -VNA
Leaders from the four northern border provinces of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang and Ha Giang and China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region had a New Year meeting on February 10.
Guangxi province will do its best to implement the shared perception between Vietnamese and Chinese State and Party leaders as well as expand cooperation with Vietnamese localities, stated Peng Qing Hua, Secretary of the Party Committee of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
