Hanoi (VNA)🍷 - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved a list of members of the Government Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh leads the committee while Minister of Home Affairs Le Vinh Tan and Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Trong Thua are two deputy heads.
The committee has 27 members, who are officials of 17 ministries, the Government Office, the State Bank of Vietnam, the Government Inspectorate, the Committee for Ethnic Affairs, Vietnam Television, Radio The Voice of Vietnam, the Vietnam News Agency, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform is assigned to support the Prime Minister (PM) in directing ministries, sectors and localities to implement effectively administrative reform programmes and plans.
It is responsible for proposing key policies, guidelines, and measures to promote administrative reform while giving feedbacks on the annual and long-term plans in this field submitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Furthermore, the committee will help the PM supervise the implementation of administrative reform and expand outstanding models in the field.-VNA
