PM: Thua Thien-Hue must quickly overcome nCoV impact
Thua Thien-Hue must push up production and business activities so as to quickly overcome the impact of the acute respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus (nCoV), Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said on February 8.

Thua Thien-Hue (VNA) – Thua Thien-Hue must pushup production and business activities so as to quickly overcome the impact ofthe acute respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus (nCoV), PrimeMinister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said on February 8.
Speaking at a working session with provincial leadingofficials, the government leader stressed that they must show strongerdetermination in the work, especially in the field of tourism which is a key economicsector of the province, to accomplish the tasks set for this year.
He also ordered local authorities to work out concrete plansto implement a resolution of the Political Bureau on the building and developmentof Thua Thien-Hue to 2030, with a vision to 2045, pledging that the governmentwill support the province in the work.
During the session, PM Phuc also agreed with many proposalsby local authorities and spoke highly of the province’s efforts in fighting theongoing nCoV outbreak to maintain the development of the tourism sector.
One of the country’s top tourist destinations frequented allthe year round by a large number of visitors from both inside and outside thecountry, yet Thua Thien-Hue has so far not detected any nCoV-positive cases.Provincial authorities have taken many prompt and effective measures to fightthe outbreak right from the beginning of the epidemic./.

The exchange between Vietnamese and Chinese border residents, initially scheduled on February 10, is set to take place later this month due to impact of the novel coronavirus (nCoV).
