In the letter, he conveyed his warm sentiment and best wishes togenerals, officers, lecturers, students and soldiers of the academy.
Throughout 70 years of development under the leadership of theParty, State, the Defence Ministry and the Central Military Commission, he hailedthem for staying united, active, creative to overcome difficulties and fulfil assigned tasks. Tens of thousands of political officers at strategic level weretrained in the academy to join in battlefields nationwide, contributing tobuilding a politically strong army, strengthening the Party leadership on thearmy, as well as the victory of the armed forces and people in the pastresistance wars and the national construction and defence at present.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Phuc hailedgenerations of generals, officers, lecturers, students and soldiers ofthe academy for their achievements over the past seven decades.

A symposium named “President Ho Chi Minh with the aspiration for independence, freedom and happiness” was held via videoconference on August 31 by the Institute of Ho Chi Minh and Party leaders under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace.
