Prime Minister attaches importance to Party’s leadership
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has affirmed that the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and people’s support are fundamental factors for State agencies to fulfill all of their tasks.

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hasaffirmed that the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and people’ssupport are fundamental factors for State agencies to fulfill all of theirtasks.
The Government leader made the statement at a gathering onthe occasion of the Lunar New Year in Hanoi on February 22 with theparticipation of officials and employees of the Party Central Committee’s MassMobilisation Commission, the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, theParty Committee of the Central Businesses Bloc, and the Party Committee ofoverseas Vietnamese agencies.
PM Phuc recognised the committees’ efforts intheir work and giving timely advice serving the Party in leading the country andState agencies in implementing their functions and duties.
He said the Party committee of the CentralBusinesses Bloc plays an important role in facilitating and promoting nationaldevelopment, as the Central Businesses Bloc is crucial in directing thesocialist-oriented development of State-owned enterprises, which greatlycontribute to GDP growth and national development.
The Party Committee of the Central BusinessesBloc should coordinate closely with the committee for managing State capital inenterprises to manage State capital and Party members in these firms well, theGovernment leader said, noting that he will spend more time working with theMass Mobilisation Commission and other Party agencies to address problemsarising.
Chairwoman of the Mass Mobilisation CommissionTruong Thi Mai shared PM Phuc’s view on continuing to bring about people’s rolein building the Party and reforming operations to meet growing requirements setby the Party.
She also congratulated the Government, the PMand all-level authorities on their successes in 2017.-VNA
