The 35-hectareproject is constructed by Yen Binh Development Investment Joint StockCompany and VinaCapital Group with a total investment of 4,000 billionVND (183.4 million USD).
It will consist of 14housing blocks which provide more than 8,000 affordable to-letapartments of 45-60 sqm, capable of accommodating about 30,000 workers.
The project is scheduled to be operational in 2019,easing the housing burden for employees at the industrial park,especially workers of Samsung Electronics Vietnam.
At the ground breaking ceremony, provincial authority urged involvedparties to work together in order to keep the project on schedule andensure its quality along with workplace safety and environmentprotection.-VNA
