Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong on January 27 sent a message of congratulations to A. Lukashenko on his re-election as President o💞f the Republic of Belarus./.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with President of Belarus Aleksander Lukashenko on the sidelines of the expanded BRICS Summit in Kazan city of Russia on October 24 afternoon (local time).
