State President chairs conference approving draft report on inspection conclusion in Hung Yen

Hanoi (VNA) -🔯 State President Luong Cuong, Head of Inspection Team No. 1907 of the Party Central Committee's Politburo and Secretariat, chaired a conference in the northern province of Hung Yen on March 19 to approve the team's draft report on the results of inspection of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board.
At the conference, deputy head of the inspection team Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, who is Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Party Central Committee's Office, presented the draft report on the inspection results, which highlighted that the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board had seriously and responsibly disseminated resolutions, directives and conlusions to Party committees and party organisations at all levels, and Party members across the province.
It established a steering committee; issued regulations and procedures for implementation; and translated resolutions, directives, and conclusions into action plans; and directed grassroots and affiliated party committees to proactively organise study sessions and implement these directives within their respective agencies and units, the draft report said.
In his address, President Luong Cuong commended and acknowledged the achievements, proactive efforts, and determination of the Party Organisation, administration, military, and people of Hung Yen in recent times.
He applauded the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, and the inspected Party organisations for their thorough understanding, serious implementation, and well-prepared and systematic approach; and their close coordination with the inspection team, effectively meeting the objectives set by the Politburo and the inspection team’s plan.

Hung Yen had effectively implemented appropriate methods and approaches tailored to local conditions, fostering strong consensus within Party organisations, among officials, Party members and people, President Cuong said, adding that the achieved targets reflect unity, collective efforts, and the sound leadership and direction of the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board.
The State leader urged the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board to continue reviewing methods and tasks, leveraging strengths to ensure Hung Yen's steady, rapid, and sustainable development, especially taking the lead in implementing the four inspected areas.
He asked them to effectively implement the policy of streamlining and restructuring the administrative apparatus to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and strong performance, thus fostering consensus within Party organisations and administrations at all levels.
Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo, the President requested the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board to thoroughly prepare documents, personnel, and organisational conditions for the Party Congress at all levels. He emphasised that personnel work must adhere to principles of consistency, comprehensiveness, democracy, scientific approach, objectivity, fairness, and transparency to ensure the successful organisation of Party congresses at all levels, in the lead-up to the 14th National Party Congress.
President also stressed the need to promote growth drivers, particularly in science and technology development, digital transformation, and the private sector. He called for practical solutions to achieve the province's GRDP growth target of 10-10.5%, creating a premise and solid foundation for the 2026 - 2030 period.
Earlier, during his working visit to Hung Yen, the President and his entourage offered incense at the memorial site of late Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, and the memorial house of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Yen My district; and visited the memorial house dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh's mother Hoang Thi Loan in Khoai Chau district./.
The inspection will review the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 by the 12th Party Central Committee on streamlining the political system’s organisational apparatus and the conclusion of the Central Party Committee on the summarisation of the resolution performance in combination with the establishment and operation of new party organisations.
