Bangkok (NNT/VNA) - The Thai Ministry of Tourism and Sports, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), World Athletics, the Sports Authority of Thailand, and Thailand Tri-League, held a press conference to announce the Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok 2024, presented by TOYOTA.
The 7th edition of the marathon will take place on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 02:00 am to 09:30 am, featuring participants from 77 countries.
Tourism and Sports Minister Sorawong Thienthong presided over the event, alongside key figures such as the Governor of TAT, the Governor of Bangkok, and the Ambassador of Kenya to Thailand. A significant highlight was the announcement of two-time Olympic gold medalist Eliud Kipchoge and the world’s top-ranked NN Running Team as official "Tourism and Sports Ambassadors."
