Hanoi (VNA) – The schedule for the second day of meetings between USPresident Donald Trump and leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) Kim Jong-un in Hanoi on February 28 would wrap up earlier than expected.

The information was released by White Housepress secretary Sarah Sanders, who added that Trump would return to his hotelsoon.

She said Trump’s press conference, originallyscheduled for 4 p.m, will now take place at 2 p.m.

The two leaders were also scheduled toparticipate in a ceremony to sign a joint agreement. Sanders declined to saywhether that ceremony would still happen, but it appears unlikely.

They were originally supposed to hold a workinglunch that appears to have been cancelled.-VNA
