Typhoon Hagupit claims at least 20 lives in Philippines

Hagupitis the strongest tropical storm has hit the country in this year. Over500,000 Filipinos were sent to evacuation centres.

In July this year, 100 people were killed as typhoon Rammasun struck the country.

In November last year, super typhoon Haiyan, the strongest storm everrecorded on land, claimed at least 7,350 lives as it devastated largeparts of the central Philippines./.
