Washington D.C. (VNA) – The Vietnamese trade office in the US in collaboration with the non-profit organisation Let Her Shine recently held a roundtable acknowledging women’s contributions as well as encouraging and empowering them in their professional journeys.

Founder of Let Her Shine Jacquelynn Thao said that the organisation’s mission is to awaken the latent power within every woman, helping them overcome limitations, escape self-doubt, fear, and societal pressures.

Vice President of the organisation Thania Trieu shared valuable experience in unleashing women's talents and helping them confidently shine in every position and field.

As a social activist, she committed to using her knowledge and experience to create value and positive impacts for vulnerable communities. Throughout her work, she has witnessed Vietnamese women struggling to integrate into the US society and culture. Therefore, she hopes that Let Her Shine will help them confidently assert their position in all circumstances.

The event highlighted that confidence, self-expression, and pursuit of dreams are keys to women’s career success and happiness in life.

ܫ Let Her Shine was established to provide women with necessary tools, resources, and support so that they could rise and succeed in all aspects of life./.
