Vietnam Airlines Group offers nearly 2 million tickets for Lunar New Year
Vietnam Airlines Group, encompassing the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines, low-cost carrier Jetstar Pacific, and the Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO), has opened sales of nearly 2 million tickets for domestic flights for the 2020 traditional Lunar New Year from January 9 to February 8.

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam AirlinesGroup, encompassing the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines, low-costcarrier Jetstar Pacific, and the Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO), hasopened sales of nearly 2 million tickets for domestic flights for the 2020traditional Lunar New Year from January 9 to February 8.
A representative of the group on September 16said Vietnam Airlines and VASCO will offer close to 1.4 million seats on 7,600flights. Meanwhile, Jetstar Pacific will offer nearly 600,000 seats on some3,000 flights.
The airlines will offer more flights fordomestic routes with big travel demand.

Vietnam Airlines said it has changed the schedule of several flights between Vietnamese localities and the Republic of Korea’s Seoul and Busan cities on September 6 and 7 to ensure safety due to impact of Typhoon Lingling.
