– Vietnam and Hungary will seek to step up their cooperation ineconomics, trade, investment, science-technology, education- training,healthcare, environment, security, and defence, during the upcoming visit by Hungary’sPrime Minister Viktor Orbán.

Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang made the statement at theministry’s regular press conference on September 21, informing participatingpressmen that Prime Minister Orbán Viktor will make an official visit toVietnam from September 24-26 at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen XuanPhuc.

PM Orbán Viktor will pay a courtesy call to Party General Secretary Nguyen PhuTrong and State President Tran Dai Quang, hold talks with Prime Minister NguyenXuan Phuc, and meet Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. Hewill attend the Vietnam-Hungary Business Forum, Hang said.

The leaders will discussmeasures to accelerate bilateral cooperation and exchange views on regional andinternational issues of shared concern, the spokesperson said.-VNA
