Cairo (VNA) 🎶– Vietnam’s politics, with the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) being the only political party in power, is a special model of success, an official from the Egyptian Socialist Party (ESP) has said.
During his interview with Vietnam News Agency’s correspondents in Egypt, Head of ESP’s foreign policy department Mamdouh Habashi highlighted the significance of the ongoing 12th National Party Congress of Vietnam.
The CPV has affirmed its important leadership role, which has greatly contributed to the nation’s revolutionary cause and all-around achievements in its Renewal (Doi Moi) process, he emphasised.
Under the leadership of the CPV, Vietnamese people are enjoying a life of comfort and happiness, in a country of peace and stability, with a growing, flourishing economy , he said, adding that developing countries should learn from the model.
Regarding relations between Vietnam and Middle Eastern and African countries, including Egypt, Habashi said that countries in these regions should further strengthen links with Vietnam, especially in economics and trade.
He underlined the need to promote multifaceted affiliation between developed countries and developing ones.-VNA
