Tokyo (VNA) – Aworkshop was held in Tokyo from November 23-26 to enroll local students forVietnam – Japan University in 2017.
The event was attended by themanagement board of the University, scholars, experts, and crowds of students.
Rector of the UniversityFuruta Motoo said the workshop aims to promote the training programmes of the Universityamong Vietnamese students in Japan as well as Japanese students who are interestedin Vietnam.
It also presents cooperationopportunity for Japanese enterprises, he added.
In the school year 2017, theinstitution offers six master-degree training programmes, includingenvironmental engineering, infrastructural technology, Nano technology,business administration, public policies and regional studies.
Students will be providedwith lectures by leading professors from Japan with advanced education modelsand offered with scholarships.
In the school year 2016, theinstitution had 68 students, including those from the Republic of Korea.-VNA
