HCM City (VNA) – The Vietnam News Agency (VNA)’sreporters have won three prizes of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Press Awards2020.
They include a first prize in the category of photoreportage and two consolation prizes in radio - television and print - electronicnewspaper categories.
The first prize came to Hoang Tuyet and Manh Linh from VNA’sTin Tuc Newspaper with a photo reportage entitled “More than 3,000 women joinAo Dai show on Nguyen Hue pedestrians’ street”.
Meanwhile, the other two prizes came to reporters from VNA’sVNews television channel and VNA’s representative office in HCM City.
This year, the awards received 141 entries from 24 mediaagencies across the country. Many reflected the reality of the tourism sectorin 2020 and created positive effects.

At a review conference held on June 21, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh praised the province’s scientific, coordinated, and flexible approach. He noted that the early completion reflects the strong commitment of local authorities, the business community, philanthropists, and residents in improving housing conditions for disadvantaged groups.
