Vietnam presents Friendship Medal to former Argentinean Ambassador
The Embassy of Vietnam in Buenos Aires has decided to present the President’s Friendship Medal to Claudio Gutierrez, former Argentinean Ambassador to Vietnam, for his contributions to the two countries’ relations.

Buenos Aires (VNA)✅ –The Embassy of Vietnam in Buenos Aires has decided to present the President’s FriendshipMedal to Claudio Gutierrez, former Argentinean Ambassador to Vietnam, for hiscontributions to the two countries’ relations.
A presentation ceremony was heldon April 28 in Buenos Aires during which Vietnamese Ambassador to ArgentinaNguyen Dinh Thao handed over the medal to Gutierrez. Ambassador Thao praised theefforts of former Ambassador Gutierrez in fostering cooperation between Vietnamand Argentina, hoping that he will continue to contribute to bilateral ties. For his part, Gutierrez thankedthe Vietnamese State and people and reviewed activities between the twocountries’ during his three-year tenure in Vietnam, especially trade relationsthat maintained high growth, making a turnover of 3 billion USD in 2016. He also expressed his hope thatthe two countries’ cooperation will further develop.-VNA
