The Vietnam Internet Association has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Federation of ICT Organisations, aiming to develop bilateral relations and create a forum for businesses of Vietnam and the RoK to transfer technologies, services and industries relating to ICT.

Accordingly, the two sides will exchange marketinformation, support Vietnamese and RoK companies to participate in tradefairs, and organise workshops and training courses on ICT.
The RoK is pursuing the I-Korea 4.0 policy,which, the Presidential Committee on the Fourth Industrial Revolution said,will secure a new growth engine for the country by expanding industries'productiveness and competitiveness under the idea of "intelligence,innovation, inclusiveness, and interaction," according to the Yonhap NewsAgency.
Vietnam is the RoK’s third largest tradepartner. Of note, the bilateral cooperation in the IT sector is thriving.
