Welcoming the Chinese guest, Chinh said he believes thatZhao’s visit will contribute to strengthening mutual understanding andpolitical trust, as well as further development of the Vietnam-Chinacomprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
Zhao stated he is delighted to witness achievements inVietnam’s renewal and international integration cause.
He showed his belief that under the leadership of the CPV,Vietnam will achieve all targets and tasks set at the 12th NationalParty Congress.
Both sides agreed that Vietnam and China need to continuouslyconsolidate their time-honoured friendship, and step up people-to-peopleexchanges, especially between the young generations.
After the meeting, they attended the opening ceremony of aphoto exhibition on Vietnam’s renewal and international integrationachievements and China’s reform held at the Vietnam-China Friendship Palace.
The event, jointly held by the Vietnam Union of FriendshipOrganisations and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with ForeignCountries, showcases 100 photos featuring achievements in Vietnam’s over-30-yearrenewal and international integration and China’s 40-year reform, and thebilateral comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.-VNA
