Inhis speech, Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos Nguyen Ba Hung expressed gratitudefor the Lao Party, State and people for assisting Vietnam over the past 72years.
LaoForeign Minister Saleumsay Kommasith said since the establishment of diplomaticties 55 years ago, the friendship and solidarity between Laos and Vietnam havekept growing.
Laoswill do their best to uphold the traditional ties and special solidarityfounded and nurtured by Presidents Ho Chi Minh, Kaysone Phomvihane and Souphanouvongand generations of Party and State leaders and people, he said.
