The police said Le Thi Kim Phi, 62, used a Facebookaccount named “Phi Kim” to make friends with several members of the reactionaryorganisation called "Chính phủ quốc gia Việt Nam lâm thời" (ProvisionalNational Government of Vietnam) led by Dao Minh Quan. From September to late December 2020, Phiregularly followed, commented, liked and shared articles, video clips andimages with contents aimed at sabotaging the Party and State on her account. After joining the ProvisionalNational Government of Vietnam in early2021, she was assigned to popularise the organisation and Quan to connect withand incite others to join it. The police confiscated sixvideo clips and 440 pages of documents from the account “Phi Kim” with contents aimed at sabotaging the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and overthrowing the people’s administration. Further investigation into the case is underway./.
