The delegation was led by Ngo Thi Doan Thanh, memberof the Party Central Committee and Chairwoman of the Hanoi People’sCouncil.
Lenin was one of the leading political figures andrevolutionary thinkers of the 20th century, who masterminded theBolshevik take-over of power in Russia in 1917. He was the architect andfirst leader of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR).
