Coordination regulations signed to improve NA's operational efficiency

The regulations aim to ensure the close and effective coordinationbetween the NA Secretary General - Chairperson of the NA Office and permanent membersof NA agencies and heads of agencies under the NA Standing Committee, and carryforward their leadership and management, thus helping raise operationalefficiency of the legislature.
They will work together in law building,supervision, preparations for proposing important national issues tothe legislature for consideration and approval, external affairs, and internationalcooperation.
They will also coordinate in the building andimplementation of agendas for meetings of the NA and its Standing Committee, aswell as quarterly and yearly work programmes, organising conferences and seminarsof NA agencies, meetings with voters, and the information work./.

In particular, in April 2023, the two sides successfully carried out a joint operation that dismantled a major organised, transnational drug trafficking ring involving both Vietnamese and Cambodian suspects.
