Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnamese Party, State and peoplealways give special sentiment to Cuba, National Assembly Vice Chairman NguyenKhac Dinh told Cuban Minister of Justice Oscar Manuel Silvera Martinez during areception in Hanoi on June 15.
Dinh said Vietnam forever remembers and deeply appreciates the strong supportand wholehearted assistance that the Communist Party and fraternal people ofCuba have offered to the Vietnamese people in the past struggle for nationalliberation and the current national development.
Heconveyed thanks of Vietnamese NA Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue to leaders of theCuban Party, State, NA and Government for welcoming the high-ranking VietnameseNA delegation during their Cuba visit in April, with exceptional hospitality.
The VietnameseNA always helps ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Justice, to strengthen bilateral ties with the Cuban Ministry of Justice in order to offermutual assistance in legal and judicial matters, he said.
He alsowelcomed the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice’s proposal to develop a technicalassistance project for the Cuban counterpart in the field of law building, thusmeeting the requirements for realsing the new Constitution 2019.
The host wished that ties between the twojustice ministries would become exemplary and a model for cooperationbetween Vietnam and Cuba.
