With12 performances, the Alma Vietnam 2017, featured Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditionallong dress) and traditional dances, along with songs depicting the spirituallife of Vietnamese people as well as praising heroic mothers and soldiers wholaid down their lives for the nation.
Thisyear’s event also saw the participation of Cuban artists.
Firstheld in 2015, the annual programme has helped intensify the solidarity among Vietnamesestudents in the Caribbean country.-VNA
