Greetings from Cambodian, Lao ruling parties on CPV’s 89th anniversary
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has received greetings from the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and the Cambodian People’s Party (CPV) Central Committee on the occasion of the CPV’s 89th founding anniversary (February 3).

Hanoi (VNA) – The Central Committee of theCommunist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has received greetings from the Lao People’sRevolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and the Cambodian People’s Party(CPP) Central Committee on the occasion of the CPV’s 89th foundinganniversary (February 3).
In its message, the LPRP Central Committee congratulatedVietnam on the great, historic, and comprehensive achievements that Vietnamesepeople have gained in the past 89 years, especially during the “Doi Moi”(renewal) cause, under the leadership of the CPV. It said these achievementshave brought in political stability, high economic growth, improved livingconditions, expanded external affairs, and increasingly growing status on theinternational arena for Vietnam.
The Party, State and people of Laos believe that under theleadership of the CPV led by Party General Secretary and President Nguyen PhuTrong, Vietnamese people will continue making more successes in the nationalreform, construction and defence, turning Vietnam into an industrial and moderncountry and completing the target of rich people, a strong nation withdemocracy, equality and civilization.
The LPRP and the CPV both came from the Communist Party of Indochina, the message said,highlighting that the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensivepartnership between the two Parties, States and peoples have been nurtured andexpanded in all fields, benefiting people of both countries.
Meanwhile, theCPP Central Committee lauded great attainments of Vietnam in socio-economicdevelopment and reform and the country’s growth in all fields.
The rulingparty of Cambodia spoke highly of the development of the solidarity,traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties,States, Governments and people of Cambodia and Vietnam, showing itsdetermination to continuously reinforce and promote the bilateral ties towardsthe motto of “goodneighbourliness, traditional friendship, and comprehensive and lastingco-operation”.
The CPV showedits belief that Vietnamese people will continue grasping greater success in thefuture, and fulfilling targets set by the 12th Party Congress’resolution.
On the occasion, head of the LPRP Central Committee’s Commission forExternal Relations Sounthone Sayachac also sent a greeting message to herVietnamese counterpart Hoang Binh Quan.-VNA

NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man stressed the need to accelerate the application of artificial intelligence and smart teaching equipment, innovate teaching and assessment methods, and further improve the quality of formal education.
He also pledged that the NA will promote its ongoing supervision, making sure that every promise must lead to results, and every commitment must bring about real changes.
Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien welcomed the proposals put forward by the US side and reiterated Vietnam’s request for consideration of key areas of interest, including reciprocal tariff policies and access for Vietnamese key export products to the US market.
