The anti-terror squad of Indonesian police arrested a suspected terrorist near an airport in West Java province on September 18, hours before the arrival of President Joko Widodo at the airport.

Hanoi (VNA) - The anti-terror squad ofIndonesian police arrested a suspected terrorist near an airport in West Jav𝔉aprovince on September 18, hours before the arrival of President Joko Widodo atthe airport, police said.

The man was captured near Cakrabhuwana airport inCirebon district at 2:30 pm local time, chief of provincial police InspectorGeneral Agung Budi Marwoto said. He added that police also seized weapons andother dangerous equipment.

President Widodo is scheduled to arrive at the airporton the afternoon of September 18 for a working visit to Cirebon district, accordingto the presidential office.-VNA
