Hanoi (VNA) - International reporters who are in Hanoi to report on the DPRK-USA Hanoi Summit Vietnam, expressed their desire to learn more aboutVietnam’s culture and people.
Lee Jeong-ho from Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post said he appreciatesinfrastructure facilities and equipment serving reporters in the International MediaCentre (IMC).
He said he is impressed with the organisation of the event of Vietnam and Hanoiin particular, saying that the IMC was equipped with modern devices andhigh-speed internet, while food served in the centre is very delicious.
Sharing his colleague’s view, Bhavan Jaipragas from South China Morning Post inthe Asian region said Vietnam has done well the organisation of the summit.
He said he plans to return to Hanoi to learn more about its culture and people.
While showing his impression on Vietnam’s preparation for and organisation of thesummit, Alberto Salazar, a correspondent from Latina Prensa news agency ofCuba, said Vietnam’s units have provided full equipment and favourableconditions for international reporters to work in the IMC, from security andsafety to other logistics work.

After the two days of working at the centre, Najib Elkhash from France 24 TV expressedhis satisfaction with Vietnam's careful and professional preparation in the IMC.
He said that the DPRK-USA Hanoi SummitVietnam is a great opportunity for Vietnam to promote tourism potential, addingthat Vietnam should take advantage of the event to attract more investment inthe country.
Vietnam is a safe and friendly destination, with hospitable,hardworking and creative people and dynamic economic development, he said.
