HCM City (VNS/VNA) - An additional 164 Vietnamese students have successfully earned master’s degrees through the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) joint programme between Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) and Edith Cowan University in Australia.
