Leaders congratulate on Vietnam-China diplomatic ties
Top leaders of Vietnam and China have exchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 68th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties (January 18).

Hanoi (VNA) – Top leaders of Vietnam and China haveexchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 68th founding anniversaryof diplomatic ties (January 18).
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee NguyenPhu Trong, President Tran Dai Quang, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc andNational Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan exchanged the messages ofcongratulations with General Secretary of the Communist Party of China CentralCommittee and President Xi Jinping, Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang andChairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of ChinaZhang Dejiang.
On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs PhamBinh Minh, who doubles as Chairman of the Vietnam-China Steering Committee forBilateral Cooperation, also exchanged congratulatory messages with StateCouncillor Yang Jiechi, who is also Chairman of the China-Vietnam SteeringCommittee for Bilateral Cooperation, and Minister of Foreign Affairs WangYi.-VNA

Under the leadership of President Ho Chi Minh and the CPV, President Cuong said, the press has been a steadfast force on the ideological and cultural front, rallying the masses to pursue national aspirations.
NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man stressed the need to accelerate the application of artificial intelligence and smart teaching equipment, innovate teaching and assessment methods, and further improve the quality of formal education.
He also pledged that the NA will promote its ongoing supervision, making sure that every promise must lead to results, and every commitment must bring about real changes.
