General Secretary of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE)Enrique Santiago and PCE Secretary in charge of external relations ManuelPineda cabled their condolences to the Communist Party and people of Vietnam.
General Secretary of the Nation for All Movement Party ofDominica (MPT) Ivan Rodriguez, MPT President Fulgencio Sevenrino, and MPTSecretary in charge of external relations Julio Diaz Campusano also sent their sympathiesto the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Nguyen PhuTrong, CPV members, and the Vietnamese people.

Born and bred in Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province, President Tran Dai Quang is an elite son of his hometown. Many people in Kim Son district, especially those who shared a childhood with him.
