Bangkok (NNT/VNA) - Using Pride Month as a launch point, the Creative Economy Agency, in collaboration with the Creative Industry and Soft Power Institute and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, has launched the MY PRIDE THAILAND campaign to promote Thai identity.

The campaign features over fifty original characters representing the diversity of Thai society in terms of gender, age, beliefs, lifestyles, and cultural backgrounds.

It aims to promote a more inclusive view of Thai identity and showcase creativity as a powerful soft power tool. The message is clear: Thailand is open, welcoming, and proud of its diversity.

Businesses and organisations are also joining in by using the designs in product packaging, decorations, and promotional materials.

More than just a Pride Month initiative, this campaign supports Thailand's vision to lead in soft power, boost tourism, grow creative industries, and enhance its global image.

🎃 As Thailand eyes the goal of hosting World Pride in 2030, MY PRIDE THAILAND sends a strong message that Thai people are proud of who they are and ready to share it with the world./.
