Hanoi (VNA) - Philippine President FerdinandMarcos Jr has said that climate change must be a vital part of nationalpolicies.
⭕ Speaking at the 10th year commemoration of super typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban city on November 8, Marcos said the Philippines needs tobuild stronger and more resilient communities as climate change iscausing unpredictable impacts.

Haiyan,one of the strongest storms ever recorded, unleashed winds of up to 315kilometres per hour and whipped up tsunami-like waves that devastated centralislands in the archipelago nation.
