PM promises optimal conditions for Chinese investors
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has assured Chinese investors that the Vietnamese Government will provide the best possible conditions for them to do business in the Southeast Asian country.

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hasassured Chinese investors that the Vietnamese Government will provide the bestpossible conditions for them to do business in the Southeast Asian country.
He made the remark while receiving Li Linzhi,Chairwoman of Kaidi Ecological and Environmental Technology Co. Ltd, and LiHuaizhen, CEO of China Minsheng Investment Co. Ltd, in Hanoi on December 5.
Welcoming the entrepreneurs’ visit to Vietnam toseek investment opportunities, PM Phuc highlighted the growing comprehensivestrategic cooperative partnership between the two countries, especially ineconomic cooperation.
The Vietnamese Government has continually madeefforts to improve the business climate. As a result, the country has climbednine places in the World Bank’s 2016 Doing Business report, he noted.
The Government leader applauded the plans ofKaidi and Minsheng, which boast capital and technological potentials, to investin infrastructure and environment, and reminded them to use modern andenvironmentally friendly technologies.
For her part, Li Linzhi said, since her meetingwith the PM during his official visit to China three months ago, Kaidi has deployedactivities to boost cooperation with Vietnam, expressed her belief that thereare many good investment chances in the country.
Meanwhile, Li Huaizhen noted that the Minshengcompany has set up a working group in charge of investment in Vietnam andconducted a market survey since the meeting with the Vietnamese leader inChina.
Vietnam is growing rapidly, and it needs a largesum of foreign investment during development, he added./.
