School inaugurated for overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia
The Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia and the Vietnamese Cambodian Association in Kampong Chhnang province inaugurated a school for overseas Vietnamese in Boribo district on December 6.

Phnom Penh (VNA) – The VietnameseEmbassy in Cambodia and the Vietnamese Cambodian Association in Kampong Chhnangprovince inaugurated a school for overseas Vietnamese in Boribo district onDecember 6.
The floating school was built on Tonlé Sap Riverwith a total cost of 36,000 USD.
It will house classes for around 200 studentsof over 600 overseas Vietnamese households.
Teacher Le Thi Tham thanked authorities of HoChi Minh City and the Vietnamese Embassy for supporting and sponsoring the constructionof the school.
The embassy took this occasion to present 240gift packages to overseas Vietnamese children.
Kampong Chhnang is home to over 10,000Vietnamese expatriates, most of whom live on fishing./.
