World Cup 2018: Vietnam asks Russia to support football fans
Vietnam has asked Russia's Foreign Ministry and relevant authorities to help Vietnamese football supporters perform temporary residence procedures and ensure their safety during World Cup.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnamese Embassy in Russian has asked the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant authorities to help Vietnamese football supporters perform temporary residence procedures and ensure their safety during their stay for the 2018 FIFA World Cup from June 14 to July 17.
The fans should study Russia’s regulations on visa exemption (including valid passport and Fan ID) and temporary residence.
They are also advised to bring winter clothes, keep identity papers and luggage and obey regulations of the host nation.
